1.培训班背景
作为联合国教科文组织(UNESCO)二类机构,国际自然与文化遗产空间技术中心(HIST)的重要使命之一,即为世界遗产、生物圈保护区、世界地质公园的管理者提供技术培训。受联合国教科文组织驻华代表处委托,HIST联合UNESCO驻华代表处东亚生物圈保护区网络秘书处、五大连池自然保护区风景名胜区管理委员会、HIST哈尔滨分中心和中国人与生物圈计划国家委员会,共同举办了“第六届东亚生物圈保护区培训班暨五大连池国际研讨会”。培训班于2015年5月20日开幕,30日结束,历时10天,先后在五大连池世界生物圈保护区和HIST哈尔滨分中心两地举办。共有来自韩国、俄罗斯、蒙古、哈萨克斯坦、印度尼西亚、斯里兰卡、柬埔寨、越南、乌兹别克斯坦等共10个国家的19名世界生物圈保护区管理者参加了为期10天的培训。培训班学员的提名和遴选由UNESCO驻华代表处商相关国家人与生物圈国家委员会完成。
2.培训目标
此次培训班旨在生物圈保护区可持续管理方面,为亚洲生物圈保护区管理者提供技术培训,交流管理经验,并引入空间技术,提升生物圈保护区的管理水平,推动生物圈保护区的国际合作。
