The International Center for space technology of natural and cultural heritage ("HIST"), UNESCO (UNESCO) two Chinese center, established by the Academy of Sciences proposed in May 2007, approved by UNESCO in October 2009 and won the thirty-fifth session of the general assembly, the State Council officially approved in April 2011. July 24, 2011, the center was formally established in Beijing. This is the world's first UNESCO Based Space Technology Research Institute, relying on the Chinese Academy of Sciences Aerospace Information Research Institute.
