ICOMOS 2019 Advisory Committee: Call for Symposium Workshop Proposals

This year, the ICOMOS Advisory Committee, Annual General Assembly and Scientifc Symposium  will take place in Marrakesh, Morocco, from 14 to 18 October 2019, on the generous invitation of ICOMOS Morroco.

On the occasion of the meetings, a one-day Scientific Symposium organised by the Advisory Committee on the theme of “Rural Heritage - Landscapes and beyond” will take place on 17 October in Marrakesh, Morocco.

Tentative Programme

The detailed programme of the Advisory Committee and the Annual General Assembly meetings will be published soon. The breakdown of the week will be as follows (changes may occur):

Monday 14 October

Morning sessions: Regional Group meetings and Emerging Professional Working Group meeting

Afternoon sessions: Scientific Council meeting and International Scientific Committees meetings

Tuesday 15 October

Morning sessions: National Committees meeting

Afternoon sessions: Working Groups meetings and Official Opening of the Advisory Committee

Wednesday 16 October

09:00 - 16:00: Advisory Committee meeting

16:30 - 18:00: Annual General Assembly

Thursday 17 October

All day: Scientific Symposium (see below for call for Workshop proposals)

Friday 18 October

All day: Excursion
